Presentation Skills - A program to help
people improve their speaking ability. Participants give six to eight
presentations, which are videotaped and critiqued by a 20-year veteran.
Learn to organize a talk using the Formula method. Also creating great
visuals, handling questions, and impromptu speaking skills are included in
the two-three-day program. You will conquer anxiety and improve.
Note: This program can be tailored to managers, sales people, or
executives. Essential
Management Skills - This two-day program offers supervisors and managers
the basics of how to do their job. Subjects include:
Communication, Motivation, Delegation, Leadership, Problem Solving,
Resolving Conflict, and EEO Laws.
Value-Based Time Management - This goes
beyond the to-do-list. it covers how to set goals and reach them.
It teaches a system of getting organized, setting priorities, and working
more effectively. A major benefit is relieving the stress of too much
to do. We will work with whatever Day timer you are currently using,
but recommend Franklin-Covey. (Carl is certified to teach the
Franklin-Covey course.) Coaching to Improve Performance - Managers need to capitalize on the strengths of their employees and develop means to correct weaknesses. This session will show how to establish a plan to aid employees to reach their full potential. Training is not a cure-all, but a tool to help the employee improve. The one-day program will show how to make training payoff for the individual using a pre-training and post training communication tool. New Programs (Some Using DiSC and Inscape Sponsored Materials) Adventures in Attitude - Positive employee attitudes create positive actions toward organizational goals. Adventures in Attitude is an empowerment strategy for today's and tomorrow's workplace. Dimensions of Leadership - Today, leaders come in many varieties, from charismatic visionaries to quiet team players. Leadership is understood in its multiple dimensions, with leaders and followers interchanging roles as the situation demands. Dimensions of Leadership analyzes individuals approach to leadership and helps them decide when it's appropriate to lead and when to follow. Innovate with C.A.R.E. - This program helps the individual identify the five key roles in innovative team performance. Successful team members don't do the same thing at the same time. A clear understanding of roles and the process of working together toward a common goal are key to effective team performance. Coping and Stress - To avoid peaks and valleys of productivity created by high stress and burnout, you need employees who know how to balance the demands of work and personal life. Coping and Stress session will show how coping resources in one area can decrease stress in another and provide overall life satisfaction. Professional Service Works Customer Service Program - This program helps employees develop first-class competencies in meeting service needs of external and internal customers. The Customer Service Program will allow participants to identify their behavioral pattern, how to adapt to the customer's behavior, increase professionalism, manage special service situations, and negotiate conflicts successfully.
